We help people who need assistance with real estate after suffering a loss.
When I was a kid, both of my parents passed away from cancer, and my grandparents took me in. Then when I was halfway through high school they both passed away, and I didn’t know how to use all that grief and experience in any purposeful way for a while. The reason I’m sharing this is that in our business, we help many people who have lost loved ones. They may decide to sell the deceased’s estate or property and don’t know what to do.
Already this year we helped a great woman who lost her mother and had to sell a large estate. When I first looked at it, on a good day, it was worth perhaps $800,000. However, we put in the work to prepare it for the market and ended up selling it for $1.2 million. We didn’t simply give it to probate or let it foreclose; we took the steps to improve the property so our client could get the highest possible sale.
“We help many people who have lost loved ones.”
After a parent or guardian dies, the next generation often doesn’t know what to do or have time to do it, so we handle much of the process for them. Sometimes all we need to do is sell it to another family member, or occasionally we’ll buy it so that you don’t have to deal with it at all. We can also help with estate planning—maybe you want to rent out the house and create cash flow. I have a massive heart for those who have experienced loss, and I want to help.
If a situation like this ever happens to you and you need someone who cares, has been through it, and can help you make wise decisions that will benefit you and your family long term, I’d be happy to assist you.
